Look after your health whilst you are healthy?
All factors which have a negative effect on osu health lead directly or indirectly towards heart disease. Out mental health is no exception - emotional strss affects the heart through channels from the brain. I the same way, a heart problem causes stress which causes imbalance in sou brain. The best way to step out of this vicious circle is to avoid physical and life - to combine work and test in a sensible way.
 
Different organs have different levels of sensibility. Heart is the most sensible and sensitive of all organs?
The mind has the power to awaken an organ and order it to recover. Ordering the heart to recover requires and approach similar to talking to a spoilt, disobeying but loved child - you have to do it in a friendly, loving way - and it will soon grasp the message the mind is sending it. It is good to do this in combination with regular breathing for 5 mins. (An analysis of the Bible reveals that Jesus healed with bioenergy and breathing techniques.)
 
Practical help
In cases of weak heart, we press with great force (to the point of feeling pain) on the point between lips and nose, using the thumb and the indicating finger. After that, we begin to massage tha painful spot on the chest, at the level of nipples, using the minimum of 3 fingers. We massage this point for 2 mins - first gently then increasing the pressure. We can also press shortly but more intensively the right hand little finger, at the point where it meets the nail, using the indicating finger and the right hand thumb. Finaly, use the advice given in the last edition of Regena (2/2001)
 
General advice
Sometimes, it is enough to drink a glass of water, dip hands in cold water (16-18 degrees celsius) and put a cold cloth over the heart area. In this way we will harmonise the nervous systém and recover regular heart beat.
Overloading the stomach witch heavy foods is not recommended. In acute cases we should also avoid quick movements and twists.
 
Recipe
20g milfoil
20g proskurnik (the Czech term)
20g root of trestle
10g maybush
10g anise
 
Put 1 tbsp of the mixture in 200 ml of boiling water and boil for 15 mins. Since the heart is at its most active from 11.00 till 15.00, drink a third of this mixture at 11.00,at 13.00 and at 15.00 o´clock. And do not forget the other advice? Dring 200 ml of water with lemon and honey in the morning and evening, and a luke-warm milk with a spoon of honey before going to bed for a good night sleep.
